TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATED: APRIL 9, 2026
1. ACCEPTANCE
By accessing or using any product or service operated by Broadside Code ("we," "us," "our"), including OddsMap, Prodder, LLM Trainer, and any associated APIs, embeds, or dashboards (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Broadside Code provides agent-driven software products including:
- OddsMap — real-time geopolitical event mapping layered with prediction market data aggregated from third-party sources including Polymarket, Manifold, and others.
- Prodder — operational diagnostics and monitoring for agent-driven systems.
- LLM Trainer — fine-tuning and evaluation tooling for large language models.
Services may be offered under free or paid tiers with varying feature access.
3. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
OddsMap aggregates and displays prediction market data from third-party platforms. This data reflects crowd-sourced probability estimates and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or endorsements. We do not operate a prediction market. We do not facilitate trading or wagering. You should not make financial decisions based solely on data displayed by OddsMap.
4. DATA SOURCES
Content displayed in our Services is aggregated from publicly available sources including news feeds, OSINT providers, prediction market APIs, and government data. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any third-party data.
5. EMBED USAGE
OddsMap embeds may be used on third-party websites subject to the embed token terms associated with your tier. Embed tokens are non-transferable. Abuse of embed access, including circumventing tier restrictions, excessive automated requests, or redistribution of embed tokens, may result in immediate revocation of access.
6. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS
Some features require registration or an embed token. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your access to any third party without our written consent.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
