Broadside Code ("we," "us," "our") operates OddsMap, Prodder, LLM Trainer, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect minimal information necessary to operate our Services:

• Embed loads — when an OddsMap embed is loaded, we log the timestamp, referrer domain, and embed token used. No personal information is captured from embed viewers.
• Tenant data — if you register for an embed token, we store your email address, organization name, allowed domains, and tier level.
• Feature requests and votes — if you submit feedback, we store the content of your submission and any associated identifier.
• Email addresses — if you subscribe to updates or request beta access, we store your email address.
• Usage analytics — we may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (such as Plausible or Umami) to track page views, referrer domains, and country-level geographic data. No personal identifiers are collected by these tools.

3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels
• We do not collect payment card information directly (payments are processed by Stripe)
• We do not collect or store passwords (authentication uses token-based access)
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To operate and improve our Services
• To manage your account and embed access
• To send product updates and deployment alerts (if you opted in)
• To respond to support inquiries
• To monitor service health and prevent abuse

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Data is stored on secured infrastructure hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services). We use SQLite for local data with encrypted remote backups via Turso. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services:

• AWS Lightsail — infrastructure hosting
• Turso — remote database backup and replication
• Stripe — payment processing (for paid tiers)
• Let's Encrypt — SSL certificate management

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our Services. Embed load logs are retained for operational monitoring. Account data is retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
